We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the items in new condition within 14 days, we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to the following return policy. Fish tanks and packing materials sales are final and can not be returned. No refunds on system installation.

If any component is defective within 25 days of the invoice date, we'll replace it with a new part. Otherwise, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if have). You will be responsible to pay the postage to send package back to us, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

If product purchased in new condition, and returned in such a condition that it can not be resold as new (damaged, scratched, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts), another 25% refurbishment fee will be applied in addition to the restocking fee.

All warranty cards should leave blank.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND 25 DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY PROMOTIONAL PRICE.

Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 5 days. We are not responsible for any shipping damage.
